So now for our idea...

Introducing BARK: Raleigh's first ever bar + dog park!

Bark is going to be Raleigh’s first bar complete with indoor and outdoor  space for dogs to run around, interact, and enjoy themselves off-leash.  We have some great dog-friendly locations already, but Bark will be a great place for both owners and dogs to socialize.

What are your initial thoughts about a dog park + bar like Bark?

Be honest, we won't bite (we're all bark)

Which of the following statements describe your perception of a dog park + bar?

Our proposed layout would have two distinct areas.  The "bar" area is similar to a typical dog-friendly location.  The "yard" area is where dogs are allowed to play off-leash.

How likely do you think you would be to visit Bark?

Compared to other bars, that is.

If you do own a dog, would you be willing to purchase a membership to allow access to the "yard" portion of Bark?  How much would you be willing to spend on that membership?

The membership would come with a few other perks as well such as access to occasional dog treats, drink specials (for the humans!), and special event invites.

Do you have any additional comments you would like to provide either about our idea or about the survey?

We know there are many concerns, especially regarding safety, health, and legal.  We are doing our best to address as many of these concerns as we can, so the more that are brought up, the better off we'll be!

Thank you for your time!  We look forward to making Bark a success so you and your furry friend can have a place to enjoy together.
